Privacy policy

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains what the My Schedule app (“the app”), made by Rockenberg Studio (“we”, “us”), does with your information.

The short version

  • No account, no sign-in
  • No ads
  • Your schedules and deadlines stay on your device
  • Crash reports go to Google so we can fix bugs

What stays on your device

Everything you add to the app (schedules, courses, activities, events, days off, deadlines, checklists, attachments, reminders and settings) is stored on your device. We don’t run servers for this data, so we can’t see, read or sell it.

If you uninstall the app or clear its data, this information is deleted. If Android backup is on, your device may include the app’s data in your backup to your Google Account. Google manages that backup, not us.

Crash reports

If the app crashes, it sends a crash report to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, so we can find and fix the problem. A report contains:

  • The crash log and stack trace
  • The time of the crash
  • Basic device information, such as the model, memory and storage
  • A random identifier for this installation of the app (the Firebase installation ID)

We don’t add your schedules, deadlines or attachments to crash reports. The identifier isn’t your name or an account, and it isn’t meant to identify you. Reports are sent over an encrypted connection, and Google keeps them for 90 days before it starts removing them.

Scanning schedule codes

To import a schedule, the app can scan its code with your camera. Google’s ML Kit reads the code on your device, and the camera image and the code’s contents stay there. ML Kit does send Google diagnostic and usage information: device details, the app’s name and version, performance figures and a random installation identifier. The camera is used only for this.

Sharing your schedule

Your schedule leaves the app only when you share it. When you share it as an image, a code or a calendar (.ics) file, it goes only to the app or person you choose.

Google services

Google receives crash reports and ML Kit’s diagnostic information as our service provider. We don’t sell it or share it with anyone else. These pages explain how Google handles data:

Your choices

You can delete everything on your device at any time by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it. That also resets the crash-report identifier. Because the identifier isn’t tied to your name, we can’t find one person’s crash reports; Google starts removing them after 90 days.
